25 July 2011 The firm in which i m doing articleship, i m not getting good exposure althogh it is good for studies it adjusts college and and classes timings but exposure is less. So what should i do? Should i take transfer? I want to learn merger and acquisition, project finance, transfer pricing.

Qualification is much more important than your exposure. You can learn any area within 3 months if you have the fire in you. So first concentrate on studies. As per your version your current firm is so flexible and helps a lot. If you have a good exposure and no time to study, what will happen? You become an ITP instead of a chartered accountant. So go ahead with your current firm. Enjoy studying. Clear your exams and then learn afterwards.
