Plz suggest - My client has joined a company in the year 2008 at Delhi where a PF a/c was opened then he has joined another company in 2009 at rajasthan and there opened a new PF a/c without close or transfer old PF a/c. Now he want to close his earier PF a/c.

Dear Sir,

We had exported some goods to a client in USA. But due to some quality issue, the buyer will not pay for the goods i.e. the full invoice value will not be paid.

How to get the GR released for such Invoice for RBI & FEMA purpose ? Since the % of reduction in invoice value is 100%, is any approval or permission required from RBI or any other authority ?

I want to join icwa course. but there is a doubt, In ICWAI there is a clause to submitting training certificate for 3 years of any limited or any partnership firm for exemption of articleship.

I am working in a company since august 2010 to till date, after two yaers i will complete my three years in august 2013. I want to take addmission in ICWA now and i will submit my certificate after completed Intermediate (two groups) in ICWA.

Please clear my doubt and tell me there is a option to submitting the certificate after completion intermediate groups.

I have a query regarding membership fees. I became a member of ICAI in Feb-11 and paid the membership fees at that time. Now I have received a letter asking for payment of fees for the year 2011-12 . I wanted to know whether the payment of membership fees at the time of becomin a member was for the year 10-11 or for the year from Feb-11 to Feb-12 .If possible can anyone provide me with some phone no. of ICAI for clarification .

I have uploaded form DIN 1 application and made the payment of Rs.100, but the error of prescrutiny came.
I received the challan through payment status, but did not got the provisional DIN no.
Pl tell me how to get the provisional din, if i try to upload again it ask for payment again which i have already made
