Payment of membership fees

I have a query regarding membership fees. I became a member of ICAI in Feb-11 and paid the membership fees at that time. Now I have received a letter asking for payment of fees for the year 2011-12 . I wanted to know whether the payment of membership fees at the time of becomin a member was for the year 10-11 or for the year from Feb-11 to Feb-12 .If possible can anyone provide me with some phone no. of ICAI for clarification .

The fees is for April to March.
So your last fees in february was for 2010 april to 2011 march.
SO you have to pay the fees of 2011-12.
