Query - is it advisable to enroll for icwai post mba?

I am an MBA (Marketing) with 8.5 Years of Work-Ex in Sales, the last 6.5 years being in Sales - Retail Banking with a leading Indian Pvt. Sector Bank.

I am 31 and keen to pursue the CWA course from ICWAI as I intend to build a strong foundation in Finance so that I can pursue it as a career in the long run.

However, am not sure of the benefits the course would offer post completion and if I should enroll for it at all after 8.5 years of work-ex.

Registration under section 25

Dear Team,

I wish to register a private limited company under section 25. I know the process for the same, but I wish to know the bifercation of expenses incurred for getting the registration.
Expenses should include official and unofficial charges.
