we have partnership firm in which we are 2 partners and my 1 partner have prorietorship firm also.. our firm continue from 2008 sep. ...we have applied for bank audit by partnership firm only... our partnership firm qulaify for bank audit ? or not.. for bank audit that is require to close proprietorship firm of my partner.... plz reply

Only FULL TIME PARTNER will be consider for bank audit allotment purpose.
If that part time partner applied for bank audit from both firm then from both application there standing will not be considered.
