Thank You for replay but in site too many form are available how can we know which form we file? Someone Like to open Real estate company in mumbai which form is apply?

madam it means you wish to know how to form a company.
its better to consult Company Secretary and/or chartered accountant as lots of things would require to form a company like object clause, name of directors/shareholders, address proof, residence proof etc, you need to fill Form 1A, Form 1, Form 32 and other relevent formsForm1
