Form 1A - 1000
form 1, 18 & 32 - 27600
Stamp duty - MOA - 200
AOA - 2000

15 September 2011 madam it means you wish to know how to form a company.

its better to consult Company Secretary and/or chartered accountant as lots of things would require to form a company like object clause, name of directors/shareholders, address proof, residence proof etc, you need to fill Form 1A, Form 1, Form 32 and other relevent formsForm1
