AND AMC CHARGES ,TDS @ 10 % WILL BE DEDUCTED UNDER RENT OR CONTRACTOR .

I have been taken loan Rs.811000/- from financial institute in the year 2008 for 10 years term with floating ROI @ 10.50%

(EMI Rs.10830) PM
31 month have already been paid.
89 (EMI) months balance.

Again I am in process to avail second home loan for another property i.e Rs.30 Lacs or 32 Lacs.

Existing ROI is :for above 30 Lacs

a)11% floating.
b)11.25% fixed for 3 years
c)11.50 fixed for 5 Years
d)12.25 fixed for 15 Years

Existing ROI is :for below 30 Lacs
a)10.75% floating.
b)10.75% fixed for 3 years
c)11.25 fixed for 5 Years
d)12.25 fixed for 15 Years.

I have Rs.2 Lacs in my hand.

Please advise whether I refund this money against old loan or

It is will be advisable/benificial to pay this amount against new loan and avail only Rs.30 Lacs with ROI @ 10.75?

if i write in LC a condition that "A Bill of Exchange bearing a date of issuance prior to that of the credit is acceptable" is this condition is valid or not. If yes than please give me the refference of that law clause in which it is acceptable. and how please give me your suggestion also.

Can you guide me on the following Issue?

We are a MNC dealing in petrochemicals in Mumbai. One of our customer who is a shipper has arrived at mumbai wants to buy our oil with a condition that invoice should be in USD at Mumbai and payment will also be in USD. So can we raise invoice in USD in mumbai and realise payment in USD and consider it as a deemed export? Secondly whether VAT is applicable on the same? Whether we have to inform RBI by filing a necessary forms?

I have appointed in a Pvt Ltd Company, Employee Strength 300 plus now. After 6 month of my join they started giving my Salary from a Partnership firm under same owner and same management,less than 5 Employees working. Attendance Register too Changed. But i am receiving increment letter and other letters in Same Pvt Ltd Company Letter Head even now. As i have completed my 6 years here, and not transferred/accepted any transfer letter, Am i Eligible for Gratuity.
