which address i communicate about my elder son aadhar card. in my family all the members are received original id cards but one is not come of my elder son. many times i was mailed this ids:

many times i reminded by mail. anybody not respond this mail this is
not correct way

Just Coming to the topic I just need some help on one Issue..

The Issue is:-

There is a Proprietorship concern and it has 4-5 Divisions The Proprietor of this Concern is also Director in another Group company (Existing Pvt. Ltd) , Now He wants sell 3 Divisions of Prop. Concern to the Existing Pvt. Ltd Company.. and also Does not want to Discontinue the Existing Proprietorship business(rest 2-3 divisions will keep Running In the same name)

Please Tell what Formalities are required to be completed?
Will There Be any Tax Liability?
Will this be treated as Slump Sale?
Are there any other formalities in any other act Like Companies Act or Contract Act...

Sir, my name is kiran presently i am doing CWA-Final and my query is with regard to that the certificate issued ICWAI is acceptable for the jobs in US,London and Australia and for doing job in these countries the ICWAI certifiacte is enough or have to do any other course for getting jobs in these countries

i m very much upset from my life. i m a student of ca IPCC. its my 6th attempt. Paper 1 of account has been exempted. I don’t read till results declare and when results declared I have been failed every time, i have got very depressed,I want to quit,but my parents want to make me a CA, due to negative results they also tourchered me due to bad financial situation. For their dream I also wana be a ca, but now I m feeling embarssed, therfore I am thinking about Quit. I m very upset, I don’t know what to do and what not to do. plese tell me what should I do ???????????
