MINIMUM STIPEND RATE TO ARTICLED ASSISTANTS (ON OR AFTER JUNE 1,2006)
1. Cities / Towns having population of 20 lakhs and above
(a) First Year - Rs. 1,000/-
(b) Second Year - Rs. 1,250/-
(c) Remaining Period - Rs. 1,500/-
2. Cities / Towns having population of 4 lakhs and above but less than 20 lakhs
(a) First Year - Rs. 750/-
(b) Second Year - Rs. 1,000/-
(c) Remaining Period - Rs. 1,250/-
3. Cities / Towns having population of less than 4 lakhs
(a) First Year - Rs. 500/-
(b) Second Year - Rs. 750/-
(c) Remaining Period - Rs. 1,000/-
1. Cities / Towns having population of 20 lakhs and above
(a) First Year - Rs. 1,000/-
(b) Second Year - Rs. 1,250/-
