My M.COM course was finished prior to joining of my articleship training. But i failed to clear the M.COM exam & appeared for the exam 2nd time during my articleship.

I did not taken the permission of ICAI for M.COM course in the form 112 since my M.COM was finished prior to my articleship training & 2nd time I appeared only for exam> I didnt require to attand any classes during my articleship training.

The query raised by ICAI is that I need to take the permission.

Please resolve my query & help me to know weather I need to take permission

I am a newly qualified CA. Can anyone guide me that what are all the weekly/ monthly journals are available to update the recent changes in taxation, Corporate law matters etc.? Also tell how to subscribe it and also the websites if any.

I resigned from the company one year ago, where i used to get PF. Till now i have not with drawn my PF.

Now my question is , Will i receive any Interest on this PF till today or till i Withdraw my PF.

Hi All,

Once I deposit the cheque into the bank and collect the acknowledged copy of the challan, do I have to file the challan with the ESIC department on month on month basis like Provident Fund.

If yes
a) what is the monthly remittance form #.
b) Can someone please forward the challan.
c) Now that monthly remittance is online and challans are generated in duplicate copy only should I submit my original copy to the department.
d) Some say filing is to be done on half yearly basis.If yes, please provide the form for the same.
