Dear Sir,
I am a Labour supply Contractor, I Hava a ESIC Registration, I given the loaubor in 2 Different Company, 1 is MP and 1 is Rajasthan, for the both State I sperate No. Taken from ESIC Office.
However sir, from The 10 April, 2011 I contract over in Rajsthan due the Completion of Project, So Sir I have not Deposit any Challan and ESIC Return for The Period of APR,11 to Sep,2011 on Rajastan ESIC No. So Kindly Suggest me now what we will do?
(Note: I do not want to Closed Rajasthan ESIC No. because November onward we restart the supply in the same area) Pl Suggest me.....

You have to pay ESIC dues immediately alongwith the interest thereon.
after paying dues, please file the return which is now on line.
