Is any exemption in CS training for AICWA

sir, i am totally confused about time period of Articleship. i have passed IPCC-both group together in nov 2011 exams. i have joined ca firm from 1 mar 2012 but i have not get signed form 102 & 103 yet. when will my final exam -attempt due....plz help

I joined company as an employee and I also want to do practice and my employer spoke me that you start your own practice and we give you salary as consultancy. so whether is it possible ?? whether ICAI council's permition is required ??

friends, I want to know whether CA is professional or its just becoming like other courses.
When my friends gave their nov-2011 attempt i asked them whether will u pass, they said if luck favours. finlly when results are announced few of them passed and said its luck.when i asked them something related to ipcc they can't answer , will passing by luck will give u satisfaction.I postponed my attempt because i dont have clarity in my concepts.
My finnal question is PAASING BY LUCK GIVES U SATISFACTION ???
