Convocation for newly qualified ca's

Hi all

Can anyone Tell me when will be convocation for newly qualified CA's, qualified in Nov 2011.

Myself qualified in nov 2011 planned to apply for membership on April first weel.

Can a C.A in employment in a corporate can also enter in a partnership with other C.A?

I have completed my B.com in 2007 and have joined articleship in july 2008 for CA course.I have not yet completed CA.My articleship has got over on Jan 2012.I have joined CS course in Feb 2012.Is there a need to fill form 112 with CA institute?

Hi friends..

Whether a member holding COP is liable to seek permission of ICAI in the following case :-

The member is FCA in full time practice. He has been nominated as a Professional Director on the BOD of a Co Op Bank.

sir, i am totally confused about time period of Articleship. i have passed IPCC-both group together in nov 2011 exams. i have joined ca firm from 1 mar 2012 but i have not get signed form 102 & 103 yet. when will my final exam -attempt due....plz help

Dear All,

I joined company as an employee and I also want to do practice and my employer spoke me that you start your own practice and we give you salary as consultancy. so whether is it possible ?? whether ICAI council's permition is required ??
