hello friends, i m icwa final student,graduate with commerce and now also pursuing ipcc 1st group with having exemption in a/c.can any body give me celearty regarding new circuler of iCai exemption of cpt exam and practical training.can i start my articalship befor completeing my ipcc 1st group as said above i m cwa final student.if yes then wht is the process of starting articalship. plz tell me as soon as possible

one of my relative is having a big plot in residential area(coming only in Municipal corporation not in Lucknow devp. authority). he wants to build a residential building having 8 flats. he have taken all neccessary permission from neccessary authorities in this regard. now issue of finance arises. some bankers are saying that they will only finance the LDA approved maps/ layouts.(its their experience)

rbi has not issued any directive in this regard of building construction financing.

how to tackle with them plz give me some valuable inputs regarding this topic so to deal them effectively.

I have completed my B.com in 2007 and have joined articleship in july 2008 for CA course.I have not yet completed CA.My articleship has got over on Jan 2012.I have joined CS course in Feb 2012.Is there a need to fill form 112 with CA institute?
