Dear All,
I joined company as an employee and I also want to do practice and my employer spoke me that you start your own practice and we give you salary as consultancy. so whether is it possible ?? whether ICAI council's permition is required ??

A Practicing CA can Render Management Consultancy and Other Services in Corporate form, subject to the guidelines issued by the Institute in this regard. (Decision in the 261st Council meeting. Published on page 629 of October 2006 issue of C.A. Journal).
