out of private ltd company and ltd liability partnership which one is better ane in what sense.???????

Both are same but LLP has advantage over PVT Ltd Company in the manner that you can withdraw any amount as and when you desire which is restricted in case of Pvt. Ltd. Company. In Pvt. Ltd. company you can take the salary but not the entire amount of the profit. Section 2(22)(e) deemed dividend is also applicable in Pvt. Ltd.
