08 April 2012 Both are same but LLP has advantage over PVT Ltd Company in the manner that you can withdraw any amount as and when you desire which is restricted in case of Pvt. Ltd. Company. In Pvt. Ltd. company you can take the salary but not the entire amount of the profit. Section 2(22)(e) deemed dividend is also applicable in Pvt. Ltd.
