My query is can the partnership deed be formed from back date. Suppose today is 16th april 2012 which is also stamp paper date and can the deed be formed from back date from 01.04.2012. However signing of deed is on 16th only rendering the deed valid as before stamp paper date the document is not valid. However the effective date of partnership mentioned in the deed is 1st April 2012. Is this valid .

Form 18 has to be submitted to Regional Office of ICAI in respect of change from proprietorship concernof CA to partnership firm(bearing same name)w/I 30 days.
My query is whether copy of partnership deed is compulsory to be forwarded. Nonetheless wht is the tax treatment of assets belonging to proprietor which he was running in his own proprietorship firm. New Pan has to be applied for in the name of the new partnersip firm as individual name of proprietor now does holds just for himself.
Whether a family run proprietor adds the person from his family as partner making it as partnership firm requires partnership deed for the tax purpose or for ICAI submission purpose.

I got transferred from my CA on 8th January 2012 and i joined another firm on 1st March 2012 but i submitted the transfer form to ICAI on 9th April 2012. Now while submitting the Articleship f0rm-103 with my nxt CA can I can registration from 1st March 2012?????

For EPF, is ECR (electronic return) to be filed on a monthly basis?
Notification says ECR is substitute for monthly, 3A & 6A filing - does this mean annual filing is no longer required?

an educational society was started in the year 2004, promoting the education.... the society is running a school upto 5th class.. such society is stilling running that school....registered in Hyderabad.

however it has not got bank account, pan no... even few members of that society are no more ......

now the society wanted to get a PAN, and to file all the returns from 2004 and get audit of all the accounts for all these years and even change the members....

so the query is
1. how to change the members now.
2. can it file the income tax returns by taking the pan now.

can you furnish the difference between acturies and C.F.A other than related to employee benefit.

I am doing a project report for a distributing company,who got the final products from Gujarat after completion of Jobwork there.

Product cost Profit margin (15%)
x 2.8 3.22
Y 4 4.6
Z 5 5.75

Monthly recurring expenses are given -53,000.
Cost of material for Job work - 1500000
Transportation cost - 300000

Now,how can i bifurcate the cost of the product into fixed and variable?? in order to find contribution per product??

Any thing else required to calculate this??
