15 April 2012 an educational society was started in the year 2004, promoting the education.... the society is running a school upto 5th class.. such society is stilling running that school....registered in Hyderabad.

however it has not got bank account, pan no... even few members of that society are no more ......

now the society wanted to get a PAN, and to file all the returns from 2004 and get audit of all the accounts for all these years and even change the members....

so the query is
1. how to change the members now.
2. can it file the income tax returns by taking the pan now.
