is there any change in accounts syllabus of both groups for ipcc nov 2014 ??

respected sir I am a ca student. I have cleared cpt entrance exam. there after I have been registered for ipcc. I have given 2 attempts of ipcc but I could not clear. right now i have again given ipcc both groups in may 14. I am in a dilemma whether it will be cleared or not. but meanwhile I have completed my graduation from bcom stream with 65 %. I am thinking that I couldn't clear again in this attempt than I would be convert in direct direct scheme. please suggest me whether it will be convenient for me to convert in direct entry scheme and also whether it would be possible to me to convert in direct entry scheme and to start articleahip?

In the F.Y 2012-13 a joint loan account in the name of couple (Wife & Husband) shown in husband a/c & interest paid for the same, as well as in IT return, but later it known that the loan account not in joint account mode & 1/2 of the amount in the name of wife & balance 1/2 in the name of husband.

Kindly advice how we treat it in the f.y 2013-14.

We have our registered office in Delhi and want to open the administrative and correspondence office in other part of Delhi . Please guide whether any declaration of same to be given to authorities as VAT is in registered office name only .
