Entry in tally

Hello All
My client has purchased the property for Rs.5 Lac. the payment is as under 1.00L+1.00L from her own a/c and Rs.3.00 Lac paid directly to the party XYZ through husband a/c. What will be the entry in Tally. I think the Rs.3.00L should be shown as loan from Husband.
Kindly advise and the entry to be done pl do the needful.

Financial reporting

Dear Sir,
I really needed your suggestion.I have appeared for my ca finals 3 times and every time i score less in my FR paper. I have gone through all the sums of Perven Sharma sir ( except Holding co.)and also practice manual.Even in MAFA i followed Dr.J.B.Gupta but still my marks lie under 40.Should i purchase the video lectures of DG Sharma for accounts?And regarding my MAFA what should i do?I have to re-appear 1st grp in nov,14.Please suggest me some way out.Thanks!!

is cash received rs 300000 from a non relative as a gift and rs 100000 paid against that gift consideration is the gift received is taxable or not since a consideration is paid against that
