09 January 2015 What is the procedure for maintaing books of accounts and statutory registers at a place other than registered office?

Which forms are required to be filed with ROC?

Also Please share resolution if possible

10 January 2015 you have to inform to the respective ROC within the period of 7 days of the placing of books of accounts on the place other than Registered office of the company and for that purpose, you need to file a board resolution and file & annexed it with GNL-1

"Resolved that Books of accounts of the company as prescribed under section 128 of the Companies Act, 2013 be kept at _________________________ w.e.f. _______.

Resolved Further That Mr/Ms. ________ be and is hereby authorised to file Form GNL-1 and complete all the proceeding related thereto".
