What is the procedure for maintaing books of accounts and statutory registers at a place other than registered office?
Which forms are required to be filed with ROC?

you have to inform to the respective ROC within the period of 7 days of the placing of books of accounts on the place other than Registered office of the company and for that purpose, you need to file a board resolution and file & annexed it with GNL-1
"Resolved that Books of accounts of the company as prescribed under section 128 of the Companies Act, 2013 be kept at _________________________ w.e.f. _______.
Resolved Further That Mr/Ms. ________ be and is hereby authorised to file Form GNL-1 and complete all the proceeding related thereto".
