Thanks in Advance for reading and replying me with your comments.

for starting a Private Limited with an "International" or "Global" in between, how much Authorized capital is required.

for Eg : ________ International Pvt Ltd. or
________ global Pvt Ltd.

09 July 2013 No need to maintain authorised capital for using above words. As per new name availability guideline, no need to have more capital, only One lakh is required for incorporating a company by using the above mentioned name.

Whether it is used in bracket or in middle, no issue.
