06 November 2015 Trust not registered u/s 12aa and any other section. Having business income of above rs.2 lacks and IT is also paid by trust. While filing income tax return and option for audit is to be preferred, in this sutuation under which section audit report to be filed?? When i not mention audit detail in return then cpc issued defective retun notice. What can i do??Please give me prompt reply

07 November 2015 U cannot file itr 7 for unregistered trust. You have to file itr 5 selecting aop mmr. Tax will change audit my not be required
