Appointment of auditors

We have appointed new Auditors in between two AGMs all the required procedure was followed like GM & all.
My query is now; After 22/07/12 Form 23B is also chargeable.
is it necessary to file 23B in this case (Auditor not appointed at AGM but in between two AGMs)?
Will Z999999 practice discontinued? and if yes then now we have to file 23B also for new Co. (appt. @ BoD meeting)
pls. give ur valuable opinions in this regards.
Please confirm, your auditor is appointed for the financial year 2011-12 or financial year 2012-13.

Yes, it is necessary, because when you file Form-23AC then they will demand SRN of Form-23B which is required to be filled. So i will suggest you to file Form-23 B for the same with ROC.
