If the payment made on behalf of the company for car hire charges by the company employee which exceeds RS 75000 in a year ( the invoice bill is in employee name ) will it attracts tds u/s 194c to the company for such expense?

The company is finally paying it hence TDS u/s 194C is applicable to the company.
