Sir; one of the my client has a business of tution classes and total receipt is around Rs. 650000 per year. is it applicable service tax. ?

He's neither liable to pay service tax nor liable for Service tax registration..
As the Exemption limit to pay service tax is 10 lacs as suggest by Expert..
