(1)revised schedule vi of company act 1956 will be
applicable for nov 2012 attempt
(2) it will effect Strategic Financial Management & Advance Cost Management Paper of CA Final bcoz i have taken sfm & Costing coaching

Most probably Revised Schedule VI will not be applicable for Nov 2012 exams. It was not applicable for May 2012 exams.
