(1)revised schedule vi of company act 1956 will be
applicable for nov 2012 attempt
(2) it will effect Strategic Financial Management & Advance Cost Management Paper of CA Final bcoz i have taken sfm & Costing coaching

17 May 2012 Most probably Revised Schedule VI will not be applicable for Nov 2012 exams. It was not applicable for May 2012 exams.

ICAI will make an announcement for the same.
