44ad applicability.

My friend earns fees from providing Karate / Martial Arts Training. I want to know whether we can opt for 44AD in the above case.
Section 44AD has a reference to Section 44AA, wherein it mentions that Profession covered / mentioned under Section 44AA (1) cannot opt for Section 44AD. However it doesn't mention Karate / Martial Arts Coaching.
Please share your views on this.

Providing karate.martial arts can't be considered as business hence 44AD not applicable. 44AD applicable only to eligible business.
