IF ONE PARTY HAVE TWO TRUCKS ONE TRUCK FREIGHT IS 20000 & OTHER TRUCK FREIGHT 20000 IN SAME DAYS THAT IS TDS LIABLE OR NOT

TDS is not required to be deducted in case of a transporter, irrespective of the amount paid/payable, if he provides his PAN.
So in this case if the transporter provides his PAN, TDS will not be deducted.
