Sir if A(UP dealer)purchase the goods from B(Haryana dealer)then A will issue road permit form 38 to B. My question is if A rejected/returned the goods then is B also required to issue road permit form of his state to A for this returned goods. Sir in which cases Road permit form can be issued ?Pls sggest

I want to know that, I hav the TAN No of my company.They sent me the mail on which they giv me our company Tan no. They sent me the mail on which they giv me our company's Tan No., but I still dont get the TAN Certificate. Please give me any link or any link or any idea, so that I can get the certificate of TAN.

Dear sir, I want to know whether TDS is deductible, if the transporter has not provided PAn no. and agregate value of freight is only Rs 5000. If yes than under whcih section it should be deducted. thanks you
