IS EXCISE IS BENEFITIAL FOR A BUYER OR SELLER, let me tell whether excise duty is beneficial for a purchaser or not.

It is beneficial to Government. Neither the buyer nor the seller will be beneficial. Finally the customer only pays the excise duty.
