20 December 2011 I would like to know whether TDS is deducted on printing of poster used for advertizing.. there are two different bill one for printing and other for advertising.. soo should we dedcuted tds on printing invoice...

20 December 2011 TDS to be deducted on printing charges u/s 194C only if the materials are provided by you. If material not provided by you than TDS not required to be deducted.

On Advertising TDS to be deducted u/s 194C.

Rates:

Individual/HUF @1%
Others 2%
No PAN 20%

Threshold Limit:

Single Bill30000/-

Annual Payment75000/- p.a.
