wrong calculation of Demand by ITO

05 January 2010 Dear Sir/Madam,

ITO completed the assessment of my client and raised demand. But while calculating they had not given credit of TDS, Advance tax and Self Assessment tax. Also ITNS 150 the calculation part is not recived by my client.

What do I do ?
