Can u tell me that whether Work Contract Tax will be deducted inclusive of Service tax or exclusive of service tax?

Inclusive of service tax.
VAT is charged on amount after including the excise duty. The same logic applicable here.

WCT undr MVAT will be deducted on Basic value only (Excluding Service Tax if separately charged as service tax)
