30 December 2012 Witness should be professional and aware of Company Law. So following professionals can witness of MOA and AOA of the proposed company:

1. An advocate or
2. attorney or
3. pleader or
4. company secretary (in whole-time practice)or
5. chartered accountant (in whole-time practice)
6. Cost and Work Accountant
