Ours is a 100% EOU Unit on information technology. We have no domestic sales or transactions for this. All our business and clients are foreigners.

Are we liable for Service Tax. Should we have to register for st regsistration.

14 July 2009 You are not required to do so unless you wish to claim the refund of the servic etax paid by you for your input services such as communication, insuracne, AMCs, Management coinsultancy etc.
If your turnover is low you could accumulate the credit till the same is more.
