Which course to join "IPCC" or "PCC"

23 January 2009 Hi every one i have cleared my CPT exam in this December 2008. now institute says that there is a new course IPCC and we have to join that. But my friends are of the opinion that joining the old PCC is better than IPCC, im totally confused....... i dont know what to do... please help me out... Actually which is Better IPCC or PCC????????? Please explain why... ???....
