dear experts, our company have agreement with a trust for doing medical camp on behalf of us. when paying agreed amount to the trust, whether need to deduct tds. if yes, under which section and what %?. we are
accounting the exp as CSR exp. thanks in advance.

No need for TDS as the payment will treated as donation to the trust. The trust will take care of TDS obligations while spending the amount.
