WHAT IS TIME LIMIT TO REVISE THE VAT RETURN?

i want to know that what is time limit to file the revise return under VAT-Delhi.Can i file the revise return for F.Y. 2006-2007 in the m/o Oct,08.Assessment for A.Y. 2006-07 is pending.

27 September 2008 If I remember correctly it is 4 years. Please refer section 28 alongwith section 74 of DVAT Act.

19 January 2011 You can revise your return within 4 Years in DVAT but Interest and panelty is payable on VAT in deficiency.
