15 August 2011 Can Penalty under section 76 for non payment of service tax @ Rs 200 per day or 2% till the date of payment of service tax which ever is more,waived under section 80 of Finance Act

16 August 2011 Non payment of tax is illegal and on which penalty is liable to be imposed.....So according to me it can not be waived.
