m a car delear selling new cars puchased from chennai.... out of my car stock i hold one car for bussiness pupose and ...... for the purpose of making car RC generate a sale invoice in the same
name...wheather i need to pay vat
for the same..

then you sale the invoice then you have to pay sale tax as applicable as sale of used car according ( to Cubic capacity ) it is diff. -2 vat amount according to state.
