A milkfood company sold consumable stores/ reusable container in scrap. Is vat deduction in mandatory?

IF COMPANY HAS TAKEN THE CENVAT CREDIT ON SUCH CONSUMABLE STORE AT THE TIME WHEN IS WAS PURCHASED THEN VAT IS APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF SALE.
