Vat charged by pizza hut

I am sitting at delhi airport and I have been charged by pizza hut as follows. In my opinion the charged amount is wrong.
basic price of pizza 190 +vat [12.5%] 23.75+ service tax [4.944 %] 9.39 = 223.14. according to me vat cannot be on full price when service tax is charged.. pls comment.

yes they are doing right...
as these two taxes have different aspects... one is for central and second is for state
so we cant mix both these...
