27 November 2013 Thank you Sir, I read that link given by you...but that showed what are the procedures which are being carried out within the department.I wanted to know whether apart from form 103 any else documents need to be submitted by us to the department?

27 November 2013 only copy of the original registration certificate. Even that is not compulsory.
