All the aspects where it is linked to VAT liability. 1) Purchases,local RDs, URDs,interstate,stock transfers received,manufactured,imported etc.2) Sales done,local,interstate,exported,stocktransferred,and exempted sales. 3)rates of vat applied. 4)VAT returns filed,whether penalty and interest attracted and paid,5)Whether all cash bank transactions properly taken into account. 6)Returns of goods inward and outward 7)whether any assets sold and declared etc.....mjk
