SIR I HAVE APPLY ON TAKE SERVICE TAX REG NO.
BUT I HAVE NO NO IN TILL TODAY REG NO ISSU IS THIS A SOME PROBLEMS. CAN I HAVE APPLY ON SECOND TIME TO SAME PAN NO. PLEASE GUIDE ME

Kindly check up whether you are having any hard copy of the Service Tax online application. If yes, go to the service tax superintendent of the division and show it that you are not able to get the registration number. After their answer, try second time. You will get PAN based Number.
