CAN WE CLAIM UNCLAIMED TDS OF OLD YEARS IN CURRENT YEAR ITR ??????

No it can't be. File return for the respective years and claim refund. Return for 6 years can be filed in case of refund. See CBDT circular 09/2015 Dt. 09/06/2015.
