Dear all,
m on an audit of a Logistics company which is not a GTA.
Can u plz help me whether the company can have an abatement on transportation services provided to its client or it shud charge ser. tax on d gross amt.???

if company not registered as GTA than there is no abatement to company but company can take CENVAT credit.
