01 June 2014 Dear Sir,

i have a sole proprietorship company wherein i have registered ST2 for "CARGO HANDLING SERVICES" in the state of Orissa.
Now i have shifted to Mumbai wherein i would like to start a new business of selling TOYS

Kindly suggest:
1. if i can transfer the proprietorship to Mumbai ?
please suggest the best way because i do not want to open another current account in bank with a new name.

02 June 2014 Being proprietorship concern it can be transferred anywhere. Only registration of state Tax authorities and local authorities required.
