I have taken transfer in new firm on 20/03/2009 bt hav nt yet submited transfer form niether i hav done franking, does the new rule of transfer which came into effect on 27/03/2009 will effect me? whether i can take transfer? if yes whether i will have to face any future problems related to the new rule for transfer????
