Dear Experts,
There are products where TM is written above the name. Also in some cases R is written.
What is the difference?

TM means the application for trade mark is filed with Registrar and approval is pending.
R means your trade mark has been approved and you got your applied trade mark from trade mark authority.
So when you seen R on any product u know that it is registered trade mark.
